The Aubergine Restaurant and the Grignotage Bar

The L’Aubergine restaurant with 90 seats, and the Grignotage Bar, also open to external guests, are an example of the refinement with which the Garin family characterizes all hospitality services. In an enchanting room with an exceptional view of Mont Blanc, the Aubergine Restaurant uses the highest quality raw materials with a particular attention to the territory.

The Grignotage Bar is the place of conviviality, to take refuge in front of the crackling fireplace after a day en plein air, and enjoy infusions, spirits, cocktails, aperitifs, or tasty proposals, including traditional dishes, snacks and small tastings of gastronomy local.

Maison Anselmet, which for generations has dedicated its life to the land and vines in our valley, takes care of our family vines by giving life to “Rodzo de Filippo”, the red wine of grandad Filippo, and produces two more wines for us that we like to call “of the house”.
Rouge and Blanc, perfect combined with the traditional flavours of our cuisine.
Available for tasting at our Restaurant or purchasable as gifts.
