Mornings at Auberge begin in silence.

The light gently enters through the windows and Mont Blanc appears before your eyes, still and majestic, as if it too were waiting to begin the day. First comes the view, then the scent of coffee. Warm bread, homemade pastries, butter, jams and cheeses from the valley. Everything is chosen with the same care as a family table being prepared.
